New Delhi: Batsman Karun Nair on Friday was named captain of the Board President’s XI for the touring West Indies’ warm-up recreation, beginning September 29. The 2-day recreation will likely be held in Vadodara.BCCI’s senior choice committee picked the 13-man squad for the sport. India will play two Checks towards the Caribbean aspect beginning October 4.
The opening Check will likely be held at Rajkot from October 4-8, adopted by the second Check from October 12-16 at Hyderabad.
The five-match ODI sequence will start on October 21 at Guwahati, adopted by the second ODI on October 24 at Indore and third ODI at Pune on October 27. The ultimate two one-dayers will likely be held at Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram on October 29 and November 1.
The three T20 Internationals will likely be held at Kolkata (November 4), Lucknow (November 6) and Chennai (November 11).
The West Indies are touring India on the again of a complete 2-Zero sequence win over Bangladesh.
